We've Changed Our Site

Based on feedback we've received from you in the Cochlear Community, we’ve undergone a complete redesign of the Community web site. Here are some important things to know about the redesign:

  • The basic functions of the Cochlear Community have not changed. All of the groups you belong to, files you've uploaded, and blogs you've written are still on the web site.
  • Your login and password will remain the same.
  • We have moved the Community navigation links to the left hand side of the screen, as shown in the image on the right.
  • Content that was located in the Services section of the Community is now available in the updated Support section of the Cochlear Americas web site.
    • Rehabilitations and Listening Tools are now located in the new HOPE web site.

Where are Telephone Training and Kaci’s Games?

We've moved the Telephone Training program and Kaci’s Games to our new HOPE rehabilitation web site. Remember to check out these great tools to practice listening skills! While you are on the HOPE web site, explore some of the other wonderful tools we've developed to help you with your and your children with hearing rehabilitation.
